Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

The Seiba purchase screen shows the product, billing period, current store price, what the purchase unlocks and any trial or introductory offer reported by the store.

• Apple purchases are billed and managed through the App Store account used for purchase.
• Google Play purchases are billed and managed through the Google Play account used for purchase.
• Subscriptions normally renew automatically until cancelled under the applicable store rules.

Deleting Seiba does not itself guarantee cancellation of billing controlled by Apple or Google. We show the relevant subscription-management path during account deletion, while keeping immediate account deletion available.

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the store through which you purchased. Where supported, Seiba provides purchase restore/synchronisation so an eligible store purchase can be recognised again.
