How account deletion works
Sign in on this page, review the consequences, and confirm permanent deletion. You can also delete from the mobile app under Settings → Profile → Delete profile permanently.
Seiba checks family ownership and billing warnings before the final step.
Family ownership
- If you own a family that has another account-holder or member, transfer Family Owner to an eligible member first (Settings → Family in the app).
- If you are the only account-holder, the family may be deleted with your account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Seiba account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You may still delete your account immediately.
What is deleted
Account credentials, personal profile data, Personal Space content, personal files, device/push tokens, and Seiba-side connected-app authorizations. Shared family records are deleted or de-identified so other members' data is not accidentally destroyed.
Data we may retain
Limited transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required by law or for billing/refund reconciliation (including pseudonymous store transaction identifiers). See our Privacy Policy.
